Pomchies was established in 2002 by Heather Clark. The Scottsdale company makes hair accessories, bracelets and other products that are in 2,000 stores in ten different countries.
Pomchies also expanded its product lines into face masks during the coronavirus pandemic. Pomchies was ranked 221 in the Inc. 5000 list, according to a release by the companies.

Creative Brands was founded in 1948 and sells various products to retailers across the country. The company is based in Phoenix with additional operations in Tennessee.
The Phoenix company has completed a recent string of other acquisitions including Santa Barbara Design Studio, Slant Collections, 47th & Main, Stephan Baby, Heartfelt, Face Two Face Designs and Bella Il Fiore in the gift industry and the Christian brand Faithworks.
