Scottsdale builder kicks off more Arizona build-to-rent and for-sale home projects

On the heels of opening its first build-to-rent community in Fountain Hills, Keystone Homes has four other projects on the drawing board.

Plans call for breaking ground this month on a 166-home rental community at the southwest corner of Royal Palms and Superstition Boulevard in downtown Apache Junction, said Rich Eneim Jr., president of the Scottsdale-based homebuilder.
