West Valley city approves expanding foreign trade zone site

The city of Goodyear is looking to expand its foreign trade zone sites, which significantly reduces property taxes, in a growing industrial corridor in the West Valley.

The 113-acre property is known as Prologis 303 Business Park and is located on the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Camelback Road next to the master-planned PV303 industrial center and companies such as Dick’s Sporting Goods and REI.
