Bubba’s 33, an American-style eatery located in P83, is doing more than just serving up made-from-scratch meals to the community.

The restaurant has partnered with Homes for Our Troops for a fourth consecutive year to help them build homes for troops.

A nonprofit organization, Homes for Our Troops started in 2004. The initiative takes care of any post-9/11 veteran who was injured in Iraq or Afghanistan by building custom houses for injured veterans specific to their needs.

To date, the organization has completed more than 315 homes in 45 states with an additional 65 projects underway.
