Developer sells massive Valley industrial facility for record price

Phoenix-based developer Creation has sold the recently completed 10 West Commerce Park in the West Valley for $130 million, the company said Wednesday.

The 958,000-square-foot facility is located on the northwest corner of Miller and Lower Buckeye roads near Interstate 10 and State Route 85 in Buckeye.
