Mayor says Taiwanese businesses want to invest further in Casa Grande

CASA GRANDE — Mayor Craig McFarland says business interest in the Casa Grande region from Taiwanese companies is high.

McFarland, along with Casa Grande Economic Development Director Richard Wilkie, attended a special reception held Tuesday in Phoenix where a delegation of more than 50 Taiwanese business owners were on-hand to discuss all things tech and semi-conductors.

The event was organized by the Arizona Commerce Authority, The American Institute in Taiwan and Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
