More apartments, offices underway in ASU’s Novus Innovation corridor

The eastern side of the shuttered Karsten Golf Course at Arizona State University is giving way to an office building and parking garage as part of the Novus Innovation Corridor, which eventually will sprawl across 300 acres in Tempe.

“This is land that has long been owned by the university, and we probably weren’t making the highest and best use of it,” ASU’s Chief Financial Officer Morgan Olsen said.
