New Glendale mixed-use project to begin construction next to State Farm Stadium

Plaza Cos. is preparing to kick off development of a 62-acre entertainment mixed-use project next to the State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

The first project to be built at the newly named District at Sportsman’s Park, Glendale, will be apartments, said Sharon Harper, chairman and CEO of Peoria-based Plaza Cos.
