PHOENIX — The P83 Entertainment District in Peoria is starting to take shape, as the city announced a partnership with Common Bond Development Group to redevelop an area near the Peoria Sports Complex.

A 2.66-acre site east of the intersection at 83rd Avenue and Paradise Lane will be developed into three restaurant concepts, one of which is expected to be Postino WineCafe.

“The City of Peoria created and strategically shaped the P83 Entertainment District brand, and I am excited to see our efforts continue to pay off,” Mayor Cathy Carlat said in a release. “Common Bond Development Group is an innovative company that has proven its ability to deliver notable restaurant and retail projects throughout the region and I am excited to welcome them to Peoria.”
