New office, city hall complex sets stage for future development in Goodyear

The city of Goodyear recently gave a first look of its upcoming Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ city center, library and office facility that’s in the final stages of construction and is set to open in August.

The complex is already seeing strong activity in the office market while the developer, Scottsdale-based Globe Corp., prepares to start construction on the next phase of its plans, which includes new restaurants, retail and housing around the city’s new downtown area.
