Hundreds of homes planned in S. Apache Junction

Four final plats and a map of dedication for Reverence at Superstition Vistas by DR Horton were recently approved for property in the southern part of Apache Junction.

The plats for property on the northeast corner of Ray and Meridian roads were approved by the Apache Junction City Council in a unanimous vote Aug. 16 of a consent agenda with other items. The map of dedication was also approved for Meridian Road, Solina Avenue, Reverence Road and Ray Avenue.

The plats have lot sizes between 4,400 and 6,000 square feet for a total of 439 lots, Principal Planner Sidney Urias said at an Aug. 15 work session.

The plats by number, size and lots are:

  • Plat 19.1: 5,400 square feet; 110 lots;
  • Plat 19.2: 4,800 and 6,000 square feet; 105 lots;
  • Plat 19.12: 6,000 square feet; 106 lots; and
  • Plat 19.13: 4,400 square feet; 118 lots.
