Mixed-use project proposed for southwest Phoenix

A new mixed-use project is being proposed for a large agricultural site that is part of an active area for development in southwest Phoenix.

The 40-acre property is located on the southeast corner of 59th Avenue and Dobbins Road just east of the Loop 202 near South Mountain in Laveen, one of 15 villages in the city of Phoenix that has been historically used for agriculture.
