At last night’s meeting, the Queen Creek Town Council approved the following final plats as part of its consent agenda:
Empire Pointe
The final plats establish the local street and lot layout within the Empire Pointe subdivision.
Mattamy Arizona LLC was granted approval for the final plats of Empire Pointe Parcels 7, 8, 10 and 11, as well as the map of dedication for Signal Butte Road.
Signal Butte Road – 0 Lots (the map of dedication establishes the required Signal Butte Road right-of-way dedication) – 1.3 Acres
Parcel 7 – 58 Lots – 14.3 Acres
Parcel 8 – 75 Lots – 14.7 Acres
Parcel 10 – 56 Lots – 13.5 Acres
Parcel 11 – 57 Lots – 15.5 Acres
Total number of lots – 246 – 59.3 Acres
