Lucid Motors

Anticipated number of employees: 6,120

Anticipated capital investment: $1.9 billion

Details: Positioned on a 590-acre site, Lucid’s AMP-1 is the first greenfield, dedicated electric vehicle factory to be built in North America. The nearly 1-million-square-foot facility will manufacture Lucid Air Dream Edition models.
