Multifamily developer Wood Partners has opened Alta Warehouse District in downtown Phoenix. As the developer’s third project downtown, the 300-unit community is industrial and edgy, appealing to professionals and nearby Arizona State University Downtown campus students.

“We are pleased to be one of the first communities to open in the Warehouse District with the unveiling of Alta Warehouse District,” says Clay Richardson, managing director for Wood Partners. “This modern, industrial-inspired community will serve as the perfect location for professionals looking to put down roots in the neighborhood and explore all that downtown Phoenix has to offer.”

Alta Warehouse District offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, and many homes offer unobstructed views of the downtown Phoenix skyline. Local dining, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance, and major attractions include Chase Field, Footprint Center, Symphony Hall, and Arizona Federal Theater.
