Tour model homes, see the newly finished spec homes for sale, check-out the amenities and take advantage of the builders’ fall incentives. Participating builders in the Fall Home Tour include Ashton Woods, Capital West, David Weekley, Landsea, Lennar, The New Home Company, William Ryan and Woodside.
With new home prices starting from $400,000, guests are invited to tour the homes at their leisure while enjoying entertainment and refreshments complements of each builder. The event is FREE to the public and no reservation is required.
Afterwards, head over to Eastmark’s Great Park, and other park network spaces to see all the new community amenities premiering this year. Go for a ride on the The Deck Skate Park and try a hand at The DiscO 18-hole disc golf course, now open to the public.
Brookfield Residential and the City of Mesa have nearly completed The Eastmark Great Park Phase Four featuring turf fields, a fishing lake, a waterfall, and Inspirian Peak, expected to Grand Open later this fall.
