Canadian developers partner to build more Valley industrial projects

Eighteen months after embarking on new industrial buildings in the Valley, a pair of Canadian developers have more in the works.

Vancouver-based Nicola Wealth Real Estate and Calgary, Alberta-based Hopewell Development are moving forward with two separate projects that will total nearly 500,000 square feet in industrial space. The first is a 17.79-acre site in north Mesa near Falcon Field Airport and another is a 14.2-acre site in the Empire Business Park in Peoria.
