Larger Texas Roadhouse restaurant planned at US60, Stapley in Mesa

A new Texas Roadhouse restaurant is to be constructed, and the one in operation now removed and replaced with parking south of U.S. Highway 60 Superstition Freeway on the east side of Stapley Drive in Mesa.

The landscaping, look of the building and site plan for the 1.5-acre development recently were discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

A shared parking agreement is in place for the Mesa Grand development, Staff Planner Evan Balmer said at the board’s Sept. 13 meeting.
