Mesa names new planning director

Mary Kopaskie Brown has been named Mesa’s new planning director.

The city of Mesa named longtime public sector worker Mary Kopaskie-Brown as its new planning director.

Kopaskie-Brown will come to Mesa by way of Riverdale, California. There, she held the title of acting deputy director and city planner and oversaw long-term planning and applicant projects.
