Queen Creek council approves 2 residential developments

The Queen Creek Town Council approved two final plats for residential development.

At its Sept. 21 meeting, council approved the final plat for Jorde Farms North Phase 2. The approval was requested by Shea Homes Limited Partnership.

Jorde Farms North Phase 2 consists of 176 lots situated on about 37.9 acres located at the southwest corner of Germann and Crismon roads.

According to a staff report, the Jorde Farms North subdivision consists of two phases with 401 total number of lots proposed at buildout. Jorde Farms North Phase 2 will provide one point of access onto Signal Butte Road and four points of access into Jorde Farms North Phase 1. Remaining offsite roadway improvements to Signal Butte Road will be constructed with the project.
