MARICOPA — Maricopa residents let their voices be heard Friday at a State Transportation Board meeting at City Hall.
Mayor Nancy Smith welcomed the board members to the “centrally located” city and addressed transportation issues within the Maricopa area that affect residents.
“With the new mayor, you can count on the city of Maricopa’s continued participation in your meetings,” she said. “We’re not letting up. I have the same passion for this city as do all our city councilmembers.”
