PHOENIX — In addition to a lengthy hearing for one development item, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved three other items Wednesday within its planning and zoning consent agenda.
Two of the items were final plat approvals for the same development. Fulton Homes Enclave is near the northwest corner of Perryville and Indian School roads in the Buckeye area.
The board approved the final plat for Phase 1A, which is 42 lots and eight tracts on 179 acres. The board also approved the final plat of Phase 1B, which is 220 lots, spread across 62 acres and split into 15 tracts.
A staff report from Maricopa County Development Services says the plats meet all applicable subdivision regulations and zoning regulations of the R1-6 RUPD zoning district. That district allows a density of six units per acre.
