An industrial development is planned at an old orange grove south of McDowell Road and west of Greenfield Road in Mesa.

The landscaping and look of the development on 17.7 acres was discussed at the Oct. 11 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.

Three buildings are to be constructed in a large orchard, Staff Planner Chloe Durfee Daniel said at the board meeting.

Tim Thielke of DLR Group is the applicant. AZ Greenfield Industrial LP is the owner.
