Paradise Valley Town Council took its second look at a statement of direction for Andaz Scottsdale Resort and Bungalows’ application to build 10 guest units on the resort’s remaining vacant land.
A statement of direction sets up parameters for what the town’s Planning Commission should focus on during its deep-dive application evaluation.
The Town Council reviewed the draft statement of direction initially on Sept. 8, followed by a second look on Sept. 22. The Council is expected to vote on the statement of direction on Oct. 13 to formally adopt the document before it moves forward to the Planning Commission.
