Litchfield Park
Some of the most expensive homes in the Southwest Valley are found in Litchfield Park. Since May, 20 homes in the 85340 area code have sold for $1 million or more, though just one home sold for that price in October. The median listing price in The Park is nearly $535K, according to Realtor.com.
Retro Rewind This enormous home (above) located in the heart of Litchfield Park proper was built in 1979 and still features some of that 1970s charm including exposed beams, wood paneling and retro tile. The four-bed, three-bath home is also adjacent to the Wigwam Resort’s Gold golf course. It was the only Litchfield Park home to break $1M in October.
