MARICOPA — Meritage Homes has announced its latest residential development in Maricopa, The Trails.
A few weeks ago, the homebuilder announced a new community, Villas at the Lakes, in Rancho El Dorado.
According to a press release, The Trails has two models and two series with 10 floor plans ranging from 1,424 to 2,552 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, each designed with first floor open living.
It’ll feature pickleball, a community pool, a greenbelt, a park and playgrounds. There’s “quick access” to Interstate 10 and State Route 347 and near entertainment, shopping and dining.
