Here’s who bought multimillion-dollar homes in Valley

The top two priciest houses to sell in metro Phoenix during the second week of November are in Paradise Valley’s Mountain Shadows Resort.

$5,200,000

David and Cynthia Miller paid cash for a new home in Paradise Valley’s Mountain Shadows Resort. The house wasn’t listed for sale, and no information about it was available. Delaware LLC AZ CSA RE II sold it.

$4,600,000

Robert Duffy paid cash for a 6,554-square-foot house in Paradise Valley’s Mountain Shadows Resort. The home with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms has a wet bar, a retractable glass wall and an elevator. Richard and Suzanne Vanderhoff were the sellers. Scott Grigg of Realty Executives had the listing.

$3,475,000

Chris Schwartzbauer, CEO of Minnesota-based software company EXB Solutions, paid cash for a 4,518-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The house with four bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms has an outside water fountain and firepit, a wine room, a coffee bar in the primary suite and custom-designed showers. Marshall and Doris Strome sold the house.

$3,250,000

Jeffrey and Denise Myers bought a 6,285-square-foot house with four bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms in Carefree. The Southwest bohemian-style home has quartz kitchen countertops, a primary suite with a living room, four balconies and a wood-burning fire pit. Jeremy Williams was the seller.
