LOOK: Ski lift chair hangs in Colorado home

Sited at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado, the Bear Run Residence is modern abode that embraces and reflects a mountain lifestyle. With close to 9,000 square feet of living space, six king bedroom suites, and two bunkrooms, the house accommodates a lot of people easily and beautifully.

To tie the home to its location, the design-build team—including architecture firm bhh Partners, builder Pinnacle Mountain Homes, and interior designer Collective Design Group—hung an old ski lift chair underneath the contemporary wood and metal stairway.
