TUCSON, Arizona, December 9, 2022 – Mattamy Homes purchased 242 SFR lots at Dove Mountain for $11,687,441 ($48,295 per platted lot) in the Saguaro Reserve subdivision.
Lot sizes are a mixture of 45’, 55’ and 65’ wide lots. The transactions closed December 2, 2022.
“Mattamy Homes made another major commitment to building at Dove Mountain,” said Carson Mehl with Cottonwood Properties. “The Dove Mountain resort community is where Mattamy chose to build their first homes within the United States and it continues to be a great place for their continued investment.”
