Goodyear postpones mixed-use project

A 70-acre project is being proposed for a site with frontage along Interstate 10 called Goodyear Celebration Plaza. A conceptual site plan shows where offices, multifamily, a plaza and retail could be developed.

Goodyear City Council has postponed an application for a proposed mixed-use project with office, medical office, retail and multifamily housing around the existing Cancer Treatment Centers of America hospital.
