Meritage Homes, the seventh-largest public homebuilder in the U.S., has announced the grand opening of two models in Surprise.
The Rancho Del Rey community at 14443 W. Buckskin Trail offers five floorplans that range from approximately 1,282 to 2,049 square feet. The homes vary from three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, each designed with open living areas.
This new development features barbecue grills, a playground, picnic tables and trails.
“We’re excited to offer first-time buyers in Surprise much more than a no-frills entry-level home by incorporating Meritage’s industry-leading energy efficiency and other upgraded features at an affordable price,” said James McAndrew, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes in Phoenix. “Homebuyers will enjoy perfect single-story starter homes with open concept living areas, a private primary suite and expansive great rooms.”
Meritage has built affordable entry-level homes with the upgraded features today’s homeowners want — like granite countertops, kitchen islands, home automation and more — for no extra charge. Plus, Meritage is offering a streamlined homebuying experience for first-time buyers by providing a one-stop-shop for sales and design at the community. Homebuyers can manage the entire purchasing process – from home search to closing – in person or online.
Meritage Homes has focused on energy-efficient, sustainable and healthy homes for its buyers. Every Meritage home is built with energy- and money-saving features including spray-foam insulation, Energy Star-certified appliances, Low-E windows, a high-performance air filtration system that improves the home’s air quality and reduces the number of allergens.
