How Goodyear is setting up new city center for growth

The Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ is the West Valley municipality’s first downtown and city center, which has been in discussions for decades. The initial phase of the project includes a city hall, public library, park, class A office building and the city’s first parking garage near McDowell Road and 150th Drive.

Scottsdale-based Globe Corp. has taken another step in turning a 150-acre vacant site into Goodyear’s new city center and downtown area with a mix of residential and commercial uses.
