Mark-Taylor Residential has opened San Bellara, a 180-unit luxury community in North Scottsdale, Ariz. Yardi Matrix data shows the developer financed the project’s construction with a $35.9 million loan originated by U.S. Bank.
The garden-style community incorporates 16 buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 972 to 1,731 square feet. Apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, granite counters and 10-foot ceilings, as well as private balconies or patios.
