Sun Life Health planning major new complex in CG

CASA GRANDE — A majestic new health facility is on the horizon with Sun Life Health announcing last week plans to build a multistory building at the southwest corner of Florence Boulevard and Henness Road, in the hospital area.

The 10-acre site when fully completed will offer a variety of medical services and options such as lab, imaging, a pharmacy, pediatrics and a walk-in health care facility, consolidating operations that now are located nearby.

According to an official Sun Life Health press statement, the site plans include space set aside for educational purposes.

“The educational space will allow Sun Life Health to focus on meeting the needs of medical professionals looking to gain hands-on experience through residency programs, externships and clinical rotations.”
