Civil engineering firm WOODPATEL announces its acquisition of Geomatics Consulting Group

Wood, Patel, & Associates, Inc. (WOODPATEL) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Geomatics Consulting Group, Inc. (GCG). GCG has been a leader in advanced surveying and mapping services for over a decade. Founded in 2006, they have provided high-quality work for private sector businesses, power companies, and the government from the local to the federal level specializing in delivering detailed finished products.

Ron Barbala, President of Geomatics Consulting, has over 30 years of experience and is recognized as an expert on land surveying strategies throughout the Western United States as well as a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFED), qualified to work on federal interest land.
