The wait for Casa Blanca Apartments in Coolidge may well be worth it.
Appearing to be the best apartment complex in the city in amenities and floor plans, Casa Blanca now has it first phase open, with 300 units ultimately planned.
On Friday morning the complex had its ribbon cutting for the first units that are now available to rent.
However, renting an apartment from Casa Blanca won’t be cheap.
A one-bedroom, one-bath unit is almost $1,370 a month and when throwing in a small den, the price goes up $100.
