A Glendale project will be among 10 new attainable housing projects in the state to get funding under a new program.
The Home Matters Arizona Fund, a funding resource formed by Arizona health care leaders and Home Matters to Arizona to increase attainable housing in the state and ultimately improve healthcare outcomes, has announced a new round of funding.
Projects in Glendale, Casa Grande, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Mesa, Phoenix, Prescott Valley and Surprise will receive a total of $4.25 million.
Since 2020, the Home Matters Fund has provided $8.581 million in 22 grants, including this most recent announcement.
Of the $4.25 million, Home Matters Arizona Fund’s managed care organizations contributed $2 million in private funding and $2.25 came from State Fiscal Recovery Funds through the Arizona Department of Housing.
