Life Time to join PV Mall redevelopment with residential tower

Living, lifting and more are coming to the site of the former Paradise Valley Mall.

Luxury fitness club operator Life Time(NYSE: LTH) will expand to Paradise Valley Mall not only with a club but also withLife Time Living — an 11-story, residential living tower on site. This will be the first Life Time Living project the Minneapolis-based company has planned for Arizona. It debuted the concept in 2021 in Coral Gables, Florida.
