Arizona Land Consulting closes on property in Casa Grande

Arizona Land Consulting, the Valley’s leading, female-owned real estate consulting firm, announced today the acquisition of 320 acres in a $12 million transaction in Casa Grande, a city widely recognized as the midway point between Phoenix and Tucson. This was purchased in partnership with Casa Grande Martin Road & Scott Drive LLC, which is managed by Smita Patil Mehta and Jennifer Verma. The deal equates to approximately 86 cents per foot. This newest addition to the portfolio contributes to Arizona Land Consulting’s notoriously impressive and diverse assets.

“We’re pleased to announce the notable acquisition in Casa Grande, a rapidly developing region in the state’s burgeoning market,” said Anita Verma-Lallian, CEO and founder of Arizona Land Consulting. “We recognize the opportunity and value this land presents to the developing Pinal County, and its significance to the city.”
