Sneak peek at historic Valley hotel’s big renovation

Via The Wigwam

One of Arizona’s oldest resorts will get a new look in 2023, the first part of a larger makeover.

The Wigwam in Litchfield Park is in the process of a multimillion-dollar renovation to modernize all 331 guest rooms and 72 suites, expected to finish this fall.

A later renovation phase will include extensive improvements in common spaces along the resort’s 440 acres, such as meeting rooms and pools. That will likely happen in 2024 or 2025.

“The entire refresh was designed to preserve the historic nature of the property while elevating the interiors of our rooms, casitas and suites,” said Katy Powers, general manager of the Wigwam.
