The Valley’s hottest hoods: Zonda’s Heat Index

It was a roller coaster ride for the Valley’s housing market in 2022, when a spike in mortgage interest rates caused buyers to take a breath.

Even so, certain pockets of metro Phoenix showed strong activity, according to the Zonda Heat Index, which identified the hottest neighborhoods for homebuyers around the Valley in 2022. Zonda housing market research firm conducts the annual study exclusively for Phoenix Business Journal.
