This hasn’t happened to Phoenix home prices since the Great Recession

Home price are dipping in metro Phoenix — but analysts say there is more telling data hidden in the latest national numbers.

For the first time since the Great Recession, metro Phoenix has dipped into negative home price growth territory, according to the latest S&P Corelogic Case-Shiller Indices released April 25.
