The highly anticipated Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel, the brand’s first non-gaming hotel that’s slated to open adjacent to Scottsdale Fashion Square in 2024, has revealed details about another on-site restaurant.

The hotel announced plans for celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis‘ restaurants Luna and Pronto by Giada earlier this year. In May, Riot Hospitality Group, whose other concepts include Cake, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, El Hefe, Farm & Craft, Hand Cut Chophouse and Riot House, announced it will open Seven, an elevated restaurant and pool lounge on the seventh floor of the hotel.

“Seven will provide guests with a dining decadence unmatched by any other,” said Ryan Hibbert, CEO of RHG. “That, along with the artistic backdrop of Camelback Mountain, sets Seven apart from anywhere else in Arizona.”
