GCON Inc., an Arizona-based, full-service construction management firm, is putting the finishing touches on a first-of-its-kind project in Arizona. Town Deer Valley, a 388-unit luxury multifamily development, is the first project in Arizona for the Related Group, one of the leading developers of luxury apartments, condominiums, and hospitality projects in the country.
Town Deer Valley is just the latest multifamily project in GCON’s portfolio, and one of the more unique projects the firm has completed. The luxury apartment community sits on a 20-acre site at 19th Ave. and Alameda Rd. in North Phoenix. It totals 442,000 square feet spread out among 19 buildings designed by Todd & Associates Architects.

Already, the community has earned recognition at the 2023 CoStar Impact Awards.
