Luxury multifamily community breaks ground in downtown Mesa

By In Business Phoenix

Multifamily real estate development firm, Pride Ventures, LLC, broke ground on Ovio at Sycamore Station, a new luxury multifamily rental community in Mesa, Ariz. John Giles, Mayor of the City of Mesa, Francisco Heredia, Vice Mayor of the City of Mesa, and other key community partners were in attendance.

Ovio at Sycamore Station, located at 1836 W. Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85201, will bring an additional 191 units to Downtown Mesa’s growing neighborhood near Sycamore and Main Street. As part of the community’s focus on effortless living, it is ideally located near the light rail station on Main Street. Near popular restaurants, retail shops and grocery stores, future residents will enjoy a living experience that meets their needs and elevates their lifestyle.

“The city of Mesa is experiencing an exciting time of growth, attracting new residents who are in search of rental homes that go beyond traditional apartment living. Our goal with Ovio at Sycamore Station is to create unforgettable living spaces that meet our residents’ needs and bring them closer to adventures in the heart of the city,” says JJ Kahlon, Pride Ventures, LLC.
