More restaurants, retailers sign on to Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment

Six more tenants have signed on to the reimagined site of the former Paradise Valley Mall.

Phoenix-based Red Development LLC, which is developing the project, said Flower Child and Blanco Taco Cocina + Cantina by Fox Restaurant Concepts along with Wren House Brewing Co. and Frost Gelato are among the local restaurant tenants that have signed leases. They will be joined by beauty retailers Sephora and Aveda, which will operate a full-service salon, at the redeveloped mall.
