New medical office building breaks ground in Buckeye

Hammes, a national health care developer, broke ground on a new 48,000-square-foot, multitenant medical office building in Buckeye on May 1.

The site is at the southeast corner of Watson Road and Sundance Parkway. The new Buckeye Medical Plaza will be visible from Watson Road with prominent signs.

The site is within minutes of the planned Abrazo Medical Hospital and Banner Buckeye Hospital.

Planned services to be offered through building tenants include physical therapy, internal medicine, primary and multispecialty care, imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, specialized pediatric services, and lab.
