The Town of Paradise Valley has announced that, effective June 19, and pending Town Council approval, Andrew Ching will be the new town manager following the retirement of Jill Keimach from that position.

Ching was most recently city manager of Tempe where he led the city through a period of unprecedented growth and development, a press release stated. He served in that role since 2013.

Keimach will continue serving the town as a special projects’ administrator.

“Jill has been a truly exceptional and trusted leader for our community,” Paradise Valley Mayor Jerry Bien-Willner said in the release. “She has set a very high standard, and we were determined to find an equally talented and dedicated town manager to continue our work in Paradise Valley. Andrew is a top professional who meets all our requirements and then some. I am very excited for him to join us, and I have every confidence that he will be a tremendous asset to our community as he works to advance the town’s values and initiatives.”
