MARICOPA — The city’s planning and zoning commission approved the development review permit for a new multi-family residence in western Maricopa.
At Monday’s meeting, a request was made by Steward + Reindersma Architecture to review and approve the site, landscape, photometric and elevation plans for a proposed multi-family residential development.
It’s on about 10.47 acres of land located on the southeast corner of West Edison Road and North Estrella Parkway, near the long-developing Estrella Gin Business Park.
It’s also adjacent to the Heritage District, the Hampton Edison multi-family development that’s under construction and Maricopa Fire/Medical Department administration building.
Access to the site includes from West Garvey Avenue, North Estrella Parkway and West Edison Road.
