Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan already was part of a coordinated effort to overturn 2020 election results in several swing states when he was tapped to lead the Arizona Senate’s partisan “audit,” records show.

Thousands of text messages to and from Logan show he worked closely with allies of then-President Donald Trump as they plotted to challenge outcomes in Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Logan communicated directly with national figures in the “Stop the Steal” movement, including former national security adviser Michael Flynn, retired Army Col. Phil Waldron and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s attorney Kurt Olsen.

Logan is now part of a criminal investigation in Michigan, where authorities say he conspired to illegally access voting equipment. He also was involved in a Georgia data breach but has not been charged.

The texts show he remained in contact

“Doug Logan made analyzing the court-ordered text messages as difficult as possible. … There was no ability to organize the messages by time or reliably search for names.”
